Moderna Seeking US FDA Approval For Lower-Dose Covid-19 Vaccine For Children Under 6 Years

A novel corona virus for the babies and the young children might finally be around the corner after Moderna has released the data that has been showing the corona virus vaccine of the company is safe and effective in the kids in the age group of 6 months to 6 years.

The company said that, it has been planning to request the emergency use authorization from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States in the coming weeks has already submitted an emergency use authorization (EUA) for the novel corona virus vaccine in the children between 6 to 11 years of age.

Stephane Bancel, chief medical officer of Moderna said that, they believe that, these latest results have been the good news for the parents of the children under the age of 6 years, and they also remain committed for helping the government of the country for ending the novel corona virus pandemic along with a vaccine for the children of all the ages.
