US Tetra Tech Acquired UK-based Hoare Lea

Tetra Tech, an engineering company of United States announced that, it has successfully acquired Hoare Lea, a leading M&E consulting of United Kingdom, and the deal has been followed by the acquisition of WYG by Tetra Tech before two years, and it also mean that, another independent consultancy company of the United Kingdom has now been owned by an overseas company, and Hoare Lea, had been founded in 1862 and the company is currently having an employee strength of 900 employees.

The company ‘Hoare Lea’ have 12 offices across the United Kingdom along with two more offices in the region of Middle East, and speaking on the purchase, Dan Batrack, CEO and chairman of Tetra Tech said, the addition of the consultancy firm ‘Haore Lea’ to their family of high-performance buildings group is further going to advance the industry-leading sustainable building solutions of Tetra Tech for their government and commercial clients.

He also said, they are going to be joining Tetra Tech’s global practice, which is going to provide net zero emissions of carbon design, along with the digital engineering and building the intelligence for the future of the environment that the company has built.
