US FDA Considering to Approve Second Covid-19 Vaccine Booster Dose

The health regulators of the United Kingdom have been looking at the approval of a potential fourth dose of a corona virus vaccine in the upcoming months as per the sources that are familiar with the matter.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States has also been reviewing the data for authorizing a second booster does of the novel corona virus vaccines developed by the companies including Moderna and Pfizer and BioNTech, and the US FDA does not immediately made any comment.

Last month, the US FDA has also decreased the interval for getting a booster does of the corona virus vaccines from the companies including Moderna and also Pfizer and BioNTech in a bid for the purpose of providing better protection sooner against the Omicron variant of the novel corona virus.

The planning has still been in the early stages and the approval had been depending on the determinations as to whether the second booster vaccine does should be authorized for all the adults or for the specific age groups targeting the Omicron covid-19 variant of being formulated differently.
