US Court Reinstates Joe Biden’s Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate for Federal Employees

A panel of the US court of appeals has now restored the executive of Joe Biden, president of the United States that has been made it compulsory for the federal civilian employees for getting vaccinated against the novel corona virus.

Because of a majority vote of 2-1, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals have been waiving off the injunction that is issued in the past in the month of January 2022 by the district judge of the United States in the region of Texas. This injunction had also restrained the enforcement of the federal employee covid-19 vaccination mandate by Joe Biden.

Joe Biden also wanted around 3.5 million government workers for being vaccinated by the end of 22nd November 2022, and the covid-19 vaccine mandate also had expectations for the religious and medical accommodations but if the government employees have been failing to get vaccinated, and they are going to have to face the disciplinary action from the post.

The Justice Department and the government of the United States have not commented yet, and looking forward, the administration of Joe Biden had also been arguing that, the federal trial court is not possessing the power for hearing the dispute, which is related to the matter. The government of the United States has also told the US court that, the empolyees had been given the option for the purpose of highlighting their grievances by using the CSRA (Civil Service Reform Act).
