US CDC: Moderna And Pfizer Boosters up to 90% effective Against Omicron Covid-19 Variant

According to the three new studies conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States, the booster shots of the corona virus vaccine of the companies including Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech covid-19 vaccines have now proven to be highly effective at the prevention of the hospitalizations related to the Omicron variant of the novel corona virus.

The booster doses of the novel corona virus vaccines had been 90 percent effective at the process of keeping the people out of the hospitals after the people become infected by the Omicron corona virus variant.

The data from the US CDC has been indicating that, the novel corona virus vaccine had also been effective by 82 percent for the purpose of prevention of the emergency department along with the visits of the urgent care.

Emma Accorsi, one of the authors of the study conducted by the US CDC said that, it has been really showing the importance of getting a booster dose of the novel corona virus vaccine, and he also said that, the people of the United States should also be getting the boosters if at least five months have been passed since the people of the United States have completed their vaccine series of Moderna and Pfizer.
