Ricoh USA, CHRISTUS Health Partner to Improve Patient Engagement and Reduce Cost

Ricoh USA, Inc., and CHRISTUS Health partner to expand Ricoh’s direct mail services to reach more customers and increase patient engagement with Ricoh USA. With Ricoh USA, CHRISTUS Health Print Services is already providing external vendors, which is equivalent to 685,000 dollars, and combined mail and print processing cost savings are over 35 percent.

CHRISTUS Health Print Services is leveraging Ricoh Professional Services, including Business Consulting, RICOH Pro C9210 colors sheet production printers, and the RICOH Pro TF6251 wide format printer with Colex finishing.

The partnership has resulted in new applications, which directly enhance patient engagement, and decrease costs for producing ADA-complaint facilities and several other communication materials.

Del Shankle, director of Operations at CHRISTUS Health Print Services, said that they have a large opportunity to deliver more engaging and fulfilling patient experiences through the partnership with Ricoh USA. They have transitioned from a niche service provider to an indispensable resource for the CHRISTUS Health community.

Debbie Pavletich, director of business consulting practice at Ricoh USA, Inc. said that they used some predictive analytics to shed light on the time CHRISTUS Health Print Services spent across their whole network, and also found to save costs by producing the work internally.
