On Wednesday, 8th December 2021, the company ‘Prodapt’ a technology and managed services provider to the connectedness vertical said, the company has acquired the SLR Dynamics based in the United Kingdom for an undisclosed amount, and this acquisition has been marking the second acquisition of the company in 2021, and in the month of August 2021, Prodapt has also acquired Innovative Logic based in Silicon Valley.
The purchase of SLR Dynamics is going to be strengthening the leadership of Prodapt in the connectedness vertical, along with accelerating the digital transformation journeys by using the technologies such as cloud, computing, 5G and internet of things, and this acquisition of the company is going to provide help for delivering the enhanced value to the customers of the company across the globe.
Vedant Jhaver, chairman of Prodapt said, this purchase of SLR Dynamics is going to result in the protection of more than 100 jobs at the company ‘SLR Dynamics’, and for the upcoming three years, the company ‘Prodapt’ has been planning to increase the team in the United Kingdom by the addition of 400 to 500 employees along with the plans for investing 50 million pounds.
