In the United Kingdom, the highly transmissible Omicron covid-19 variant can possibly lead to health services of the country to face the increasing demand if the covid-19 cases have been growing at the rate that has recently been seen as the country has recorded over 100,000 daily corona virus infection past 24 hours. According to a study from the Imperial College, the country is having 56,000 Omicron covid-19 variant cases and 269,000 cases of the Delta covid-19 variant.
