New Mu variant of Covid-19 Found in 49 States of US

According to the reports, the new Mu variant of the novel corona virus, that had been firstly discovered in the country of Columbia has been spreading across the 49 states in the United States of America, and Nebraska has been the only state in the country, that has not detected the novel corona virus.

This new novel corona virus variant has been reportedly more transmissible than the Delta variant of the novel corona virus that has currently been ravaged by the different parts of the world that includes US.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said, the Mu variant of the novel corona virus is also having a constellation of the mutations of the virus that is indicating the potential properties of the immune system escape, and the Mu corona virus variant is scientifically known as b.1.621, and the world health body had also been earlier found four variants of concern, which also includes Alpha and Delta variant of the virus.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has been closely monitoring the Mu corona virus variant, that has been reportedly spreading to the countries of South America, which is including the continent of Europe, and in the United States, the state of California has also reported the highest number of the cases of the Mu corona virus variant with 384 active cases in the United States.

The US CDC has not made any kind of classification, which was similar to the World Health Organization and the health officials said, they had been keeping a close eye on the new variant in the country.
