Lenovo Group Limited and PCCW Limited jointly announced that the companies have entered into definitive agreements to establish a strategic partnership to create a technology solutions business in the region of Asia Pacific.
The technology partnership, which will be called PCCW Lenovo Technology Solutions Limited (PLTS), will now leverage the combined strengths of PCCW and Lenovo to create compelling value for their employees, shareholders, and customers.
PLTS will now benefit from the combined resources and experience of PCCW and Lenovo, including complementary service offerings, along with go-to-market capabilities, operational expertise, highly skilled talent pools, and technical development capabilities.
As a global technology powerhouse across solutions, services, devices, and infrastructure, and Lenovo will now bring its innovation, deep relationships, and global presence with the commercial customers, and strong delivery capabilities to the partnership, which will help PLTS grow in reach and competitiveness in markets across the region of Asia Pacific.

In addition, PCCW Solutions will now bring to the strategic partnership the company’s string capabilities in system integration, operational expertise, and application development.
