On Monday, 19th July 2021, the company ‘Brembo’, a premium brake producer from Italy said, it is going to be opening its first high technology lab in the Silicon Valley located in the region of California, United States for the purpose of accelerating the digitisation of the company, which has been one of the key objectives of a plan, that had been announced in the month of September 2020.
The company said that, the Inspiration Lab of Brembo is going to focus on the purpose of strengthening the expertise of the company in the fields like data science, software development and artificial intelligence.
The Italian brake manufacturing company said, the centre is expected to be opened most probably in the last quarter of the year 2021 and the inspiration lab is mainly going to be focusing on attracting the different talents from the different types of the industries, that is going to be responsible in favouring the virtuous mix of many of the competences for the purpose of benefiting the development of the new types of braking solutions of the company.
Daniele Schillaci, chief executive officer (CEO) of the company ‘Brembo’ said that, they are now entering and investing in the Silicon Valley, which is a renowned location in the world for the innovation and high technology along with more ambitious and clear aim for the purpose of addressing the unprecedented challenges, that is going to be impacting the automobile industry across the globe.
