On Friday, 11th June 2021, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) of United States has announced that, it had identified the potentially contaminated or spoiled corona virus vaccines during an inspection at a plant of Johnson & Johnson in Baltimore, and this issue had also been flagged by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
