Finn Partners Acquires SPAG to Expand Healthcare Operations in Asia

Finn Partners, a global independent marketing and communications agency, announced that SPAG, a health-sector communications and marketing company headquartered in Asia, has joined Finn Partners. SPAG, has offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Indonesia, Mumbai, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Aman Gupta, founder and managing partner of SPAG, has now joined Finn Partners as a managing partner and lead for the Health Practice of the agency throughout Asia. Shivani Gupta, co-founder of SPAG, has joined Finn Partners as Managing Partner, Brand Reputation and Culture, Health Asia, and will be focusing on building practice culture and brand communications throughout Asia.

SPAG serves several biopharma companies across the globe, along with health trade associations and health provider systems, and is also one of the top award-winning agencies in the region.

Finn Partners said that the addition of SPAG strengthens its position as home to one of the largest independent health practices in the world, with around 50 million dollars in revenues. The addition of SPAG Asia also increases the total staff of Finn Partners to more than 1,300 employees along with more than 150 employees based in Asia and 275 professionals worldwide, all of whom are dedicated to the health industry.
