EVmo, Inc., a leading provider of vehicles to the ridesharing industry, announced the signing of a three-year, multi-vehicle agreement with Trek World USA, which will provide vehicles for use in non-emergency healthcare transportation. The new agreement will initially be in Illinois and then expand nationwide over the next three years.
Stephen Sanchez, chief executive of EVmo, said that corporate services are an exciting growth area for EVmo, and as they continue to build their fleet, agreements like this will help them expand their geographic footprint, and strengthen their utilization metrics.
Stephen Sanchez added that they are excited to partner with them in Illinois, and several other locations to help them meet the transportation needs of the underserved communities.
Pierre Shuttlesworth, chief executive officer of Trek World USA, said that this partnership with Trek World USA and EVmo will transcend how citizens have access to employment and healthcare opportunities to support the ecosystem of healthcare transportation services network.
Primarily, EVmo will provide Trek World USA with 20 sedans to be used for non-emergency healthcare transportation like doctor’s offices, trips to hospitals, and other medical and healthcare providers.
