SPORTS

According to the English Football Federation, Ben White has left England’s squad due to personal reasons and is set to miss the rest of the games in the World Cup 2022. Ben White has also missed England’s Group B win over Wales because of illness after being an unused substitute against USA and Iran.

Ben White has left the training base in Al Wakrah and has returned home for personal reasons, according to English Football Association. The Arsenal defender is not expected to return to the team for the rest of the tournament, and the association has asked that his privacy be respected at this moment in time.

Ben White was rewarded for his form in the Premier League this season, which helped him to get a place in Gareth Southgate’s 26-man team for FIFA World Cup Qatar, and his versatility as being playing centre-back and right-back has made him a proper addition to the team.
