Dahua Technology North America Opens New Customer Service Center and Warehouse in Canada

TECHNOLOGY

Dahua Technology, a video-centric and world-leading provider of smart IoT solutions, has opened a new facility in Ontario, Canada that includes a 12,600 square-foot warehouse, and a customer service center that mainly provides bilingual technology support.

This new facility expands the existing warehouse footprint of Dahua in North America. This new facility will support operations with expanded tech support services and inventory stored in Canada to accommodate customers.

Tim Wang, chief executive officer and president of Dahua Technology Canada, said their new Ontario facility reflects their commitment to their distributors and dealers in Canada, especially with all the challenges in the supply chain currently faced across the industry.

He also said, from a logistics standpoint, the facility is shortening the lead time for customers in Canada, and around 65 percent of their Canadian orders are shipped to Ontario, and now they will all be able to keep stock close to the customers, and cut the time previously needed to cross the border.
