Comfort System USA, Inc. has announced that, the company has now entered into a partnership for the purpose of acquiring Ivey Mechanical Company, LLC, which is headquartered in the region of Kosciusko, Mississippi.
The company ‘Ivey’ has been providing the mechanical contracting and the services across the south eastern region of the United States, and additionally, the company ‘Ivey’ has the locations based in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and Alabama, and the company has also been working in the other states of the United States.
Brian Lane, chief executive officer of Comfort Systems USA said, they are now happy for announcing that, the company ‘Ivey’ has brought its excellent leadership and workforce into their family of companies.
He said that, Ivey is having strong service and construction capabilities, which is including the ability for collaborating with the number of their operations, and he is very confident that, they are going to benefit from the expertise and they are going to invest the training and development of their business and people.
