Anthony Fauci: Hospitalizations of Fully Vaccinated People Increasing in US

As the cases of the novel corona virus in the United States increase throughout the country, and the health officials has also been warning that the rising number of the fully vaccinated people in the country are also being hospitalized and also going to the emergency room.

The main concern about waning the immunity of the people against the severe corona virus infection that has been coming as the US FDA has also been expected to authorize a corona virus vaccine booster shot developed by Pfizer and BioNTech for all the adult people in the country.

Dr. Anthony Fauci said, what they are now starting for seeing now has been an uptick in the hospitalizations among the people who have been vaccinated but they are not boosted by the vaccine, and he also said it has been a significant proportion, but not the majority by any means or situations.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director for the Disease Control and Prevention, has now reported a decline in the effectiveness of the novel corona virus among the residents and older people of the facilities of long-term care, along with many of the people, who had been the first for being eligible for being vaccinated.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky also said, although the highest risk are those the people who had currently not vaccinated, that they are now seeing an increase in the emergency visits among the adults who are more than 65 years and above, that are now again increasing than they are for the young age groups.
