Amazon to Expand Company’s Telehealth Program Across US

The company ‘Amazon’ has recently announced the Amazon Care, which has been the company’s virtual health services and it is now going to be available across the United States. The company also said, by accompanying the in-person services that are being launched in the 20 additional cities in the year 2022, which is also including the major cities areas like San Francisco, Chicago, New York City and Miami.

The officials of the company said that, Amazon Care can easily and quickly connect the customers of the company along with a healthcare professional through the video chat from the comfort of the homes of the customers.

If the visit of the video chat cannot solve the problem or the need of the further evaluation, the company is going to be dispatching a nurse to the home of the customers, and for using the service, the employer of the company has to have signed up for the Amazon Care.

The company ‘Amazon’ said that, it has been providing the service to the Whole Foods workers of the company, and the company has also started a central telehealth service for the own employees and their families across the United States.
